Great product looks just like photo, be patient removing the plastic protective wrap is it will take some time because it clings on the clear part of the tote bags to protect from scratch during delivery and the zipper tract you will have to possibly unfold it because it was also positioned rolled inward to protect it during deliver, so just roll the zipper tract outward and you will see it’s super sturdy. I totally love the design of the tote. I definitely recommend this seller and their products. The cat liked the backpack, it climbs into it itself. I have a small cat, so it is comfortable in it. For the big cat will be cramped. Everything is fine in quality, though the cat with the backpack turned out to be very heavy together))

Everything perfect. Good quality and is quite wide. I think even 5kg cats is going well, if they are bigger perhaps I could have less room to move, but equally it fits.
